My BIOS before my work yesterday was at A10. My machine is an Optiplex 755 is a Core 2 Duo E8400 3.0 GHz - I have installed Windows 7 Professional (I am verifying that the Vista drivers work for those of us in Windows 7 land - the posters at the Dell Community forum seemed to be indicating so.) Take a look at the 'Compatibility' section - there we are, OptiPlex 755! And yes, they are for Vista, but they work for Windows 7, too - at least they have been reported to have worked for the posters at the Dell forum referenced above. Click on Intel AMT HECI, v.3., A01 (like the first in the list of results, for R194010 Intel AMT SOL/ LMS, v.3., A01 for R194011).Search for R194010 (and R194011 after that) using the search box in the upper right of the Dell support page.Click on 'Drivers and Downloads' button at top.I have installed 64-bit, but this will work for both of us.
I have an Optiplex 755 Core 2 Duo E8400 3GHz on which I have installed Windows 7 Professional from scratch (formatted the hard drives completely). There was this post at that prompted the investigation. They do care about us, stephenscott (sort of)! Thanks to finding your note through searching for my own needs, I found you and hopefully the answer!
